Winter Family Session at Llyn Tegid

Today I’m sharing with you easily one of my favourite family sessions to date…and to think I almost rescheduled this session! The low fog had been lingering all day and I’d hate to shoot at Llyn Tegid and fail to get Yr Aran and lake in the photographs! But, we persevered and I’m so glad we did.

After the fog lifted, the late afternoon light was dwindling, but the golden rays filtering through the clouds cast a dreamy glow all around us.

I love that the family turned up in their festive jumpers, they looked absolutely fantastic against the muted backdrop. I am still obsessed with little Tofu the dog’s jumper!

What a gorgeous, fun shoot with a lovely, creative family. I’m hoping over the next few months I’ll be able to capture more memories here at this stunning location on my doorstep.
